Valentine's Fondue


We had fondue for Valentine's Day. It was really yummy. We decided to skip the main course and just have appetizers and dessert. We had cheese fondue and chocolate fondue and way too much stuff to dip with. I always go overboard with the fondue.







Don't ask me why there is a graphing calculator on the kitchen table with our fondue. We're dorks, apparently.










Mmmmm ... cheese fondue.

  2. We had fondue last night! Does yours come out all creamy like it does at the Melting Pot? Because ours doesn't. It always has little gritty pieces of cheese in it. Please do tell if you have a good melting method!

  3. Hi Sharon! Last year it did not but I got it right this year. First cut up your cheese into small chunks and coat with cornstarch. Then get the wine boiling and slowly, slowly, slowly add the cheese. It was super smooth just like the Melting Pot this time around.
